Neltjeberg Bay Enterprises proudly supports the V.I. Jaguars Basketball Team.  Founded in 1968, Small Fry Basketball provides an opportunity for shorter boys and girls to excel in the sport of basketball. The program is developmental yet extremely competitive with an opportunity to meet new friends and compete on the international level. The Association consists of teams from all over the United States, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and South America. The competition culminates with the International Small Fry Tournament.  Neltjeberg Bay Enterprises, in conjunction with Caribbean Rose, hosts a yearly Billfish Tournament to  support the Pere Basile Moreau School in Port-Au-Prince Haiti. The  school is the best and largest secondary school in Haiti. The school  educates over 1200 students. On January 12, 2010, a 7.0 magnitude  earthquake hit the Caribbean island of Hispaniola. Originally inhabited  by Arawak Indians, it was claimed by Christopher Columbus for Spain in  1492. The western part, now known as Haiti, was ceded to France by Spain  in 1697. The Dominican Republic, on the eastern part of the island, was  formed in 1844. An estimated three million people were affected by the  2010 earthquake. Thousands of people tragically lost their lives during  the earthquake. The government of Haiti estimated that 250,000  residences and 30,000 commercial buildings had collapsed or were  severely damaged during the earthquake. 

 Neltjeberg Bay Enterprises in conjunction with Caribbean Rose and the Virgin Islands Department of Education established the M.V.P. to teach sports fishing skills to high school students on the island of St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands. Captain Eddie  Morrison, along with his mate Travis Morrison, works with up to four (4)  students each semester. Several students to date have received hands-on knowledge and certificates for their participation and completion of  the course.
