The 2024 V.I. Jaguars Basketball Team

The 2024 Puerto Rico Small Fry Basketball Team did not host the  2024 Puerto Rico Small Fry Invitational Tournament this season. The Puerto Rico Small Fry Invitational Tournament is a competitive basketball tournament designed for shorter boys and girls that is hosted by the Small Fry Puerto Rico Basketball Association. The Small Fry Puerto Rico Basketball Association is comprised of over a dozen Puerto Rico Small Fry Basketball Teams. The  Small Fry Basketball Association is a youth league founded in 1968 that provides an opportunity for shorter boys and girls to play basketball. The program also offers the opportunity to meet new friends and compete locally and internationally.

The  2024 V.I. Jaguars Basketball Team competed in the 2024 Small Ball  United Basketball Tournament. The Tournament was held at the Wiregrass  Ranch Sports Campus of Pasco County, Florida. Several teams from all over the continental United States and the Caribbean Competed in the tournament. Visit the Small Ball United website to get a detailed summary of all the games played.  

The V.I. Jaguars played 5 games during the tournament. In game 1 the V.I. Jaguars competed against the Rising Stars Basketball Team. The V.I. Jaguars won the game 42-36. In GAME 2 The V.I. Jaguars competed against the Fajardo Basketball Team. The Jaguars lost that game 43-40. In game 3 the V.I. Jaguars competed against the Philly Allstars Basketball Team. The Jaguars won the game 39-36. In game four the Jaguars competed against the Robert Taylor Basketball Team. The Jaguars lost the game 45-40. In the final game, the V.I. Jaguars competed against the Discipline Basketball Team. The Jaguars lost the game 36-32.

The V.I. Jaguars Basketball Team competed in the 2024 Small Ball United Summer Tournament from July 31, 2024, through August 4, 2024, in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. The Small Ball United and Caribbean Rose social media pages made up-to-the-minute updates on all game play throughout the tournament.
